Introduction

ACH1000 Cross Hatch Adhesion Tester also known as cross cut testing kits, this instrument is designed and manufactured according to ISO2409-1992 standard, suitable for GB/T9286-98, BS 3900 E6 / ASTM D3359, mainly suitable for the determination of organic paint cross-hatch adhesion. Working Principle

The instrument uses a blade tool of a certain specification to cut and penetrate the coating into a grid pattern, and the completed pattern is classified according to six grades to evaluate the adhesion effect of the coating separation from the substrate.
