AJE230 Permanent Magnetic  Particle Yoke Tester

I. Introduction

AJE230 Permanent Magnetic Yoke flaw detector is special use for magnetic particle inspection. This yoke is small and portable, and do not need power supply. 

It is mainly uses in working shop, laboratory and most suitable space where do not have power supply such as testing spot or flammable and explosive special environment.

III. Structure feature

The distance between magnetic poles is 50-200 mm, and it is continuous and adjustable. Because yoke feet are rotatable so it can detect flaw on various surface.  It can also test segmented and partial on large work piece. It is much more superior on these condition that working at high place and inconvenience power supply.
