ACT2200 model Coating Thickness Gauge

Introduction

ACT2200 digital coating thickness gauge is a professional non-destructive testing instrument for measuring the thickness of metal surface coating covering objects. It uses the following different measurement methods depending on the metal substrate.

l        Magnetic Method: which can non-destructively measure the thickness of non-magnetic coatings (such as galvanized, chrome, paint, electrophoresis, enamel, rubber, powder, enamel) on magnetic metal substrates (such as: steel, iron, nickel), anti-corrosion layer, etc.)

l        Eddy Current Method: which can non-destructively measure the thickness of non-conductive coatings (such as: paint, powder, plastic, rubber, enamel, enamel, spray plastic, etc.) on non-magnetic metal substrates (such as: aluminum, copper, stainless steel)

l        Two test methods: continuous test (CONT INUE) and single (SINGLE) measurement method.

l        Statistical function: maximum value (MAX), minimum value (MIN), average value (MEA).

l        It can store 2000 measurement data (10 sets of data).

l        Two calibration methods: zero-point calibration and two-point calibration.

l        Buzzer alert during the operation (single measurement method).

l        Automatic identification of ferrous (F) and non-ferrous substrates (NF).

l        Low voltage indication.

l        Manual / Automatic shutdown function

l        Large LCD screen with backlight display, with screen rotation and inversion function.

l        Metric and inch conversion function: um/mil.

l        It can be connected to a computer for communication, read out and store data for saving or printing (Optional Bluetooth Function).
