Introduction
With the development of the technology of X-Ray, the cost of the hardware is going down while the performance is getting better. More and more enterprises start to replace the traditional analysis method with the X-Ray Spectrometer by taking the advantages of the low cost technology.
AJR NDT XRF3500 Hand-held X-Ray Spectrometer is the coming trend in the analysis world, since it decreases the weight from hundreds of kilo to around 2 kilo, making the heavy instruments into small and portable device, which well widen the applications of X-Ray into geology, mining, resource survey, exploration, government inspection. With modern production developing and need of environment protection, Hand-held X-Ray spectrometers are highly applied in the environmental, geology, mining, metallurgy, construction material, archaeology, alloy, petroleum, etc.
AJR NDT XRF3500 has been designed for application on-site analysis, with features small, light, fast, accurate, smart, non-destructive, etc., our portable X-Ray spectrometer has been equipped with Digital Multi-Channel Processor, high speed data transfer, separate analysis and control system, smart power management, found-mental parameter algorithm, etc.
Characteristics
ØExcellent performance
XRF3000 shows element symbols in English. With high precision, high test speed and The test results are close to the laboratory-level analytical level. XRF3500 displays alloy grade and elements percentage content and PPM content in a apparent way.
ØEasy operation
The entire analysis process takes only a few seconds, and the identification of alloy grades only takes 1 to 2 seconds. The one-button operation can be easily mastered even by non-technical personnel.
ØNDT (Non-destructive test)
Does not damage affect the performance of the tested sample, does not damage the internal tissue of the tested object, and has no damage throughout the test process.
ØSoftware
Remote control system, PC terminal based on windows system and mobile terminal based on Android system can operate the instrument through software to realize data synchronization on multiple platforms (instrument, PC terminal, mobile terminal, cloud). The software has data analysis, spectrum display, Report printing and other functions, the instrument user can send analysis reports by email.
ØData transmission
WIFI, wireless Bluetooth and other methods for data transmission, files can be sent by E-mail, Bluetooth synchronous transmission, software synchronous transmission.
