AJR NDT AAT-A automatic pull-off adhesion tester measures the adhesion of coating to metal, wood, plastic, concrete and other rigid substrates. The pull-off adhesion tester measures the force required to pull a specified test diameter of coatings or material away from its substrate using hydraulic pressure. Pressure is calculated based on force and is displayed on screen with unit Mpa or kN or Psi and represents the coating's strength of adhesion to the substrate. The tester confirms to ASTM D4541, D7234, ISO 4624, and others.
If the ordinary thickness gauges are incompetent in the rough applications. Please turn to our AJR Scan-II A/B Scan Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge, which will maximize measurement performance for challenging applications and provide you with the cost-effective measurement solutions.
ATG700 gauge is an electromagnetic (EMAT) ultrasonic thickness gauge. It can measure thickness of steel pipes, flat steel, rods and other steel constructions, together with constructions made of aluminum and other metals. Measurements can be taken without usage of couplant, without advance surface preparation. The transducer should have 4mm far from the test object before test. Rust film, salt deposits or any other insulating coat (paint, varnish, enamel, plastic etc.) can serve as an operating gap.
