ARL320 Concrete Rebar Posibiton Detector
Introduction
The ARL320 apparatus is mainly used for testing concrete structure’s quality; locating the steel bar’s position and Measuring the rebar’s protecting thickness and diameter. It also can locate metal material’s position involved in the nonmetal material, such as the cable, the plumbing pipe in the wall and the metal involved in pipelines and woodiness.
Features
Ø Integrated design. The instrument adopts streamlined integrated design, which makes the use of the instrument very convenient.
Ø Small size. The length, width and height are 205 *85 *90mm respectively, which can be conveniently tested in corners.
Ø Batteries can be disassembled and two batteries can be randomly allocated to achieve uninterrupted use in the field. When the instrument is out of power, it can directly remove the battery and replace it with another battery. It can continue to use. Each battery can last up to 20 hours.
Ø The position of reinforcing bar can be "perspective" and the position of reinforcing bar can be accurately located. The instrument adopts multi-coil structure, which can "perspective" the position of steel bar, thus realizing real-time and accurate positioning of steel bar position.Ø Horizontal and vertical lasers. Horizontal laser can ensure the horizontal scanning line, and vertical laser can mark the direction of the steel bar measured.
Ø Precision scanning of reinforcing bar can be carried out. The instrument specially designed a dense steel bar testing module, users can judge the distribution of steel bar in the dense area according to the waveform of the signal.
ØThere is an image scanning mode. With the function of image scanning, the gray image can be generated according to the signal, and the user can see the direction of steel bar intuitively.
Ø It has stirrup correction function. The instrument has the function of stirrup correction. In the structure with stirrups, the thickness of steel bar protective layer is measured more accurately.
Ø It has the function of parameter modification after the test is completed. After the test is completed, the diameter of reinforcing bar and the design thickness of protective layer can be modified.
Ø 2.8 inch large color LCD display. Large color screen display, beautiful interface design, making the user's operation become simple and convenient, the brightness of the LCD screen can be adjusted, convenient for users to use in different light.
Ø Large capacity SD card storage. The instrument uses 8G of large capacity space. Users can save data as they like without worrying about space capacity.
Ø U-disk data transmission mode. When the instrument enters the transmission mode, it can be used as a mobile U disk on the computer to copy the data directly without any other complicated operation, so as to reduce the transmission failure.
Ø Grid scanning mode and section scanning mode. It can display the distribution of steel bar intuitively. Moreover, the scanning boundary is automatically switched during the scanning process, and the boundary-free scanning is realized.
Ø The test speed is fast. Using ARM high-speed acquisition system, the response speed of the instrument is fast.
Ø The center of gravity of the instrument is stable. In the design of the instrument, the user's habits are fully taken into account. The battery is located in the handle of the instrument, so that the instrument does not appear to be top-heavy.
Ø Powerful professional Windows data analysis and processing software. Graphical representation of test results can directly generate Word test reports or import data into Excel, which is convenient and fast.
Ø Lithium batteries can be replaced at any time.
Ø Horizontal and vertical lasers.
Ø The probe is located in the middle of the instrument.
Ø Smaller, lighter, centre of gravity, more stable.

Application
This integrated steel bar position measuring instrument is used to measure the diameter, position, distribution of steel bar in existing or newly built reinforced concrete and the thickness of concrete protective layer of steel bar. It can real-time and accurate "perspective" the position of reinforcing bar, and can test the dense reinforcing bar.
Software
Out-of-computer software has powerful data analysis and processing functions: data transmission through USB port; data analysis can be carried out and preliminary conclusions can be drawn according to specifications; up to six kinds of word reports can be generated; grid data and profile data can be visually displayed to users in the form of graphics; data can be imported into Excel to facilitate users to conduct further analysis and processing.
