ATG140 is a digital ultrasonic thickenss gauge. The ATG140 design with bright back light which can make the data more clearly in dark plack. And also with the software, customer can connect the machine with computer. Based on the same operatinfg principles as SONAR, the instrument is capable of measuring the thickness of various materials with accuracy as high as 0.01 /0.1mm. It is suitable for a variety of metallice and non-metallic materials.
The model ATG400 is a multi-mode ultrasonic thickness gauge. Based on the same operating principles as SONAR, the instrument is capable of measuring the thickness of various materials with accuracy as high as 0.1/0.01 millimeters. The multi-mode feature of the gauge allows the user to toggle between pulse-echo mode (flaw and pit detection), and echo-echo mode(eliminate paint or coating thickness).
ATG440 multi-mode ultrasonic thickness gauge is an upgraded product from ATG400. We pay more attention to user experience and innovative features such as visual experience, protection grade, automatic alarm and etc. Colorful TFT display (320×240 TFT LCD) with adjustable backlight, allow the user to work at worksites with low visibility. IP65 degree of protection can effectively prevent harsh field environments of oil, dust and other corrosion. It also has voice broadcast function, automatic alarm. 0.1mm/0.01mm/0.001mm resolution, bluetooth communication and penetrate the coating mode and normal mode functions and etc.. It can measure the substrate thickness without removing coating directly. Its unique non-destructive testing performance provides the perfect solution for the thickness testing of closed Pipes, containers, etc. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aviation, aerospace and other fields because of monitoring corrosion thinning degree of various pipes and pressure vessels. It can also be used for precise measurement of sheet metal and machine parts. This professional precision instrument can improve production efficiency and qualified rate and cost saving.
Single-crystal delayed probe is employed by ATG500 precise ultrasonic thickness gauge. The multi-echo is used to enhance the accuracy with the resolution of 0.0001’’ and the low limit of 0.012’’. There are two operating modes of ATG500 ultrasonic thickness gauge: I-E (interface-echo) mode and E-E mode. The measuring range of I-E mode is 0.059’’-0.709’’, while the measuring range of E-E mode is 0.012’’-0.394’’.
The Scan-I A scan ultrasonic thickness gage uses dual element transducers for corrosion applications. It offers many basic features such as Min/Max Mode that measures and recalls the minimum thickness at a fast 20 readings per second, Freeze Mode to instantly capture critical thickness, and Zero Compensation, A-scan display for echo-echo measurement.
ACT2100 coating thickness gauge can measure the thickness of non-magnetic coating layers on magnetic substrate. Such as: (aluminum, chrome, copper, enamel, rubber, paint) on magnetic substrate (steel, iron, alloy and magnetic stainless steel).
ACT2200 coating thickness gauge can measure the thickness of non-metals coatings layers covered on non-magnetic metals substrate. Such as: (enamel, rubber, paint, vanish, plastic anodic-oxide layer) covered on non-magnetic metals substrate (aluminum, brass, zinc and nonmagnetic stainless steel).
ACT2300 bluetooth coating thickness gauge meets the standards of ISO2178, ISO-2361, DIN, ASTM and BS. It is suitable for laboratory. It is a best choice for harsh field conditions application. The gauge can measure the thickness of non-magnetic coating layers on magnetic substrate. Such as: (aluminum, chrome, copper, enamel, rubber, paint) on magnetic substrate (steel, iron, alloy and magnetic stainless steel). The gauge can measure the thickness of non-metals coatings layers covered on non-magnetic metals substrate. Such as: (enamel, rubber, paint, vanish, plastic anodic-oxide layer) covered on non-magnetic metals substrate (aluminum, brass, zinc and nonmagnetic stainless steel).
ACT4000 is a compact, handy pocket gauge. It is designed for non-destructive, fast and precise coating thickness measurement. The principal applications lie in the field of corrosion protection. It is ideal for manufactures and their customers, for offices and specialist advisers, for paint shops and electroplaters, for the chemical, automobile, shipbuilding and aircraft industries and for light and heavy engineering. The standard data software can make customer download the test result from machine to PC.
AJR NDT AAT-M manual pull-off adhesion tester measures the adhesion of coating to metal, wood, plastic, concrete and other rigid substrates. The pull-off adhesion tester measures the force required to pull a specified test diameter of coatings or material away from its substrate using hydraulic pressure. Pressure is calculated based on force and is displayed on a digital LCD with unit Mpa or kN and represents the coating's strength of adhesion to the substrate. The tester confirms to ASTM D4541, D7234, ISO 4624, and others.
