CWG540 gauge is an intelligent crack width testing equipment. It can be widely used for quantitative detection of crack width of bridges, tunnels, walls, concrete pavements, and metal surfaces. The device is mainly composed of a handheld color display main machine and a color microscopic magnifying camera probe (with 1 meter connecting cable). The machine can automatically scan, capture cracks and displays the crack width value in real time during measurement, and the user can directly see the crack width value from the display screen. The machine can also save the testing crack image with crack width value to memory card inside the machine for further image analysis or print archiving. With USB data cable, user can connect the machine to PC and download crack image to PC.
